Frequently asked Questions

How often will I get paid?

All of our employees are paid bi-weekly every other Friday.

What if I end up not liking an office?

We always encourage open communication and feedback about the offices you work at. If you do not like an office, we will work to cover your shifts and we will not force you to work there in the future. We want all of our dental professionals to be comfortable and enjoy going to work!

Do you pay W2?

We offer both W2 and 1099 options. You tell us how you would like to be classified, and we will honor it! Once you're set up in the payroll system, we can make adjustments if you would like to make a change.

How does pay work for temp employees?

We pay our temp employees based on hours worked and level of experience. We will determine your rate of pay after initial assessment and discussing prior experience.

What qualifications and credentials do I need to have?

Every Dental Hygienist must have a SC dental hygiene license and must be up to date on CE and CPR requirements.

Every dental assistant must be DANB certified and CPR certified.
